Question Tools Licence Agreement

Abas UK Ltd. licenses this software only upon condition that the user accepts all the terms contained within this licence agreement. This agreement is made expressly subject to English law and the jurisdiction of the English Courts.

This software is supplied 'as is' and without warranties of any kind howsoever. Abas UK Ltd. does not warrant that the software will meet particular user requirements, nor does it guarantee the software is error free, accurate or reliable. In using the software and the written materials all risks are assumed by the user. This warranty is exclusive, and no further warranty exists, whether express or implied. In no event howsoever will Abas UK Ltd., nor its suppliers, be liable to the user or any other party for any direct and/or indirect and/or incidental and/or consequential damages howsoever caused, and including lost profits or loss of data arising from the use or inability to use this software and notwithstanding that Abas UK Ltd. may be, and/or may have been, advised of the possibility of such damage. If and insofar as this exclusion is deemed to be inapplicable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the liability of Abas UK Ltd. and its suppliers will in no circumstances howsoever exceed the monetary equivalent of the purchase price of a single copy of the software.

Paul A. Booth retains the ownership and rights to this software. The user may freely copy and distribute the Question Tools Installer providing this is not altered in any way. The user may not distribute just parts of the software. The Question Tools icons, images, logos and all other components remain the property of Abas UK Ltd. and Paul A. Booth and may not be used in any way howsoever as part of other software, web sites, publications or broadcasts. The user, nor any other party howsoever, may not attempt to decompile or reverse engineer the software or discover its source code in any way, nor break or discover the encryption methods used within the software, nor modify or translate the software in any way.

Abas UK Ltd. is under no obligation to supply related products, such as support or complimentary software (e.g. Question Tools NetResult), nor is it under any obligation to supply serial numbers for any Question Tools software. Such supplies are entirely at the discretion of Abas UK Ltd.

Question Tools is distributed by Abas UK Ltd. The developer and author of the software, Paul A. Booth, retains all rights, including copyright.
